To all of Route91Strong’s supporters, and survivors, we wanted to give you an update to announce that, due to circumstances beyond our control, the headline acts we have been working with for our planned Benefit Concert will not be able to perform on our selected date of October 1 at The Avalon in Los Angeles, CA. We are committed to making this event a memorable night that everyone can be proud of and that reflects the passion we all share for this mission. So stay tuned as we work with our musical acts, other performers and speakers, and the venue to reschedule this exciting event for a future date that works with everyone’s schedules. We are thrilled about all of the other upcoming events we will also be hosting or participating in, and look forward to seeing everyone in Los Angeles and Las Vegas during the next couple of months!
For those that had already purchased tickets, you were refunded immediately. We, along with you, were looking forward to our precious time together on Oct 1. Our team is working on another possibility to honor the one-year anniversary in Los Angeles for those of us who will not be able to be in Vegas and still desire to be together to remember the 58 angels and all lives forever impacted. We will rise up and will let you know once we have more information.
Our overall goal is to raise funds for survivors of gun violence who desperately need time to get their lives back on track. Many of our applicants suffer with tremendous PTSD, sleepless nights, nightmares, are unable to work, can’t pay their bills, are losing their homes and some are tragically on suicide watch...our Route91Strong team catches these precious souls before they fall or give up hope.
Route91Strong is a 501c3 Tax Exempt Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation founded by Vegas shooting survivors Lisa Fine and Brian Claypool along with other gun violence survivors and trusted experts. These survivors have come together to advocate for the families involved in senseless and horrific acts of gun violence.
Financial support is essential to help survivors. However, beyond providing financial support our goals are to develop support programs to help those dealing with PTSD. We are eager for cause-marketing sponsors and corporate donors to help us spread our mission and programs.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite. Print your tickets or upload them to your cell phone & bring that to the concert to receive your wristband. Entry into the concert will be by wristband only!
